January 27 — A Decade
Ten years since receiving a terminal cancer diagnosis. Reflections on gratitude, legacy, and faith.

You're carrying real responsibility — shaping young lives, building culture, and making decisions that matter. I don't offer scripts or quick fixes. I pull up a chair and help you think clearly about what's in front of you.
With experience across ministries and seasons, I help you see patterns you may be missing, clarify what matters most, strengthen what's already working, and discern faithful next steps that fit your people and your calling.
Young people don't just need better advice or louder inspiration. They need to encounter the living Jesus through His Word.
When Scripture is opened clearly and faithfully, it has the power to interrupt assumptions, awaken hunger, and invite honest response. My aim is simple: to proclaim Jesus plainly and help create moments where students can encounter Him for themselves — and discover the fullness of LIFE found only in Him.
Mission trips, retreats, and camps can be powerful — especially when they're part of a bigger formation strategy.
When students step out of familiar rhythms, something opens up. I come alongside youth leaders to think intentionally about those moments — helping you steward both the logistics and the deeper pastoral framing that prepares students beforehand, pays attention to what Jesus is doing in the moment, and thoughtfully integrates what follows.
The goal isn't just a meaningful week. It's turning mountaintops into launchpads that shape everyday life and faith.
I can’t do this work alone. You can walk with me through prayer, relationship, and generosity — helping sustain the work God is doing. I’d love to invite you to join me, and I’m deeply grateful for those who choose to walk alongside me.
I serve with Youth with a Mission (YWAM) San Diego/Baja (located in Baja California, Mexico) while living in Niagara, Canada. This outside-the-box arrangement exists because God seems to be inviting me not to serve just one church, but to multiply transformative impact across denominations, locations, and contexts.
Through the foundational value of YWAM to “Know God and Make Him Known,” I seek out churches and ministries endeavoring to help young people do exactly that.

One of the most challenging things we can do now is to disconnect from tech and reconnect with people.
